This article will provide guidance on what to do if you are unable to sign-in to site via the HT Sign-in App.
The below image will display what may be occurring, with your name being greyed out and not selectable:
Upon sign-in if you are unable to select your name (greyed out), please do the following:
- Click on Another Worker
- Then select yourself from this list again, and you will be able to successfully sign in.
This issue can sometimes occur due to conflicts if multiple HammerTech pages or tabs are open at the same time. The other reason is due to the cache and cookie data saved from the web browser on your device.
If the above issue occurs, we suggest closing all windows/tabs that are not being used and to clear the cookies and cache data from your we browser.
