- To see how you can filter the list of Observations using the blue filter icon in the top right corner, read Observations - View Open Observations
ASSIGNING

- Note: Reminders can be sent to Subcontractors for any Observations requiring attention Select > Send Reminder.
- You can change who the Observation is assigned to by selecting > Edit and then adjusting the responsible party.
RESOLVING
- An Observation can be approved easily via the Resolved button.
- Alternatively, to review the Safety Observation select Review.
The complete details of the Safety Observation will be shown, including a full history of all comments added. At this point, the user has the option to Add Comment and/or Approve Fix, or Add Comment & Reject Fix.
Note: Once a new comment is added you can either select Add Comment or select Mark Observation as Resolved and the comment will be saved and added to the now resolved Observation
Note: Where an item has been edited or reviewed, a Notification will be sent to the Subcontractor advising of this. Similarly, once an Observation is marked as Rejected, The Subcontractor receives a notification and is then required to make the recommended modifications (as per the comments) and resubmit for approval.
