There may be multiple reasons why a signature needs to be removed from a SWMS, such as: It was signed by the wrong person, there was an error in the signature, the SWMS needs to be re-signed, and other various reasons.
To Remove a Signature from a SWMS:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > SWMS > View All
- Select the required SMWS
- Scroll down to Personnel Assigned to this SWMS
- Select the Clear button next to the signature you wish to remove
- You will be asked to confirm if this is correct, select the red Delete button
- The signature will now be removed and can be re-signed
