Within HammerTech there may be a few reasons why a Welcome Email or Account Setup Email are not received. The first recommendation is to check the spam/junk folder to ensure the email is not there. If the email is not there the second recommendation is the check the email address itself. First check the spelling of the username (the first part of the email address), then check the domain name (the second part of the email address) is correct, including checking if the email address ends in a ".au" or other country's code. If all of these are checked and correct then there could be a server issue or a delay in receiving emails. If other emails are being received and the email has still not come through then please contact HammerTech support.
