When commencing a Inspection, you can provide a description that will be associated to the HSEQ Inspection and make it easier to identify in the future.
Instructions
To add a desciption to your Inspection:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select > INSPECTIONS> Start New Inspection
- In the 'Description' text box > Input the desired description
The description will instantly become available in the 'Active' HSEQ Inspection lists and once the inspection has been completed, it will be available in the 'Completed' list
Note: The description can be edited up until the point the inspection has been marked as 'Completed'. Simply type in the text box labelled Inspection Description at the top of the inspection and it will save automatically
