Instructions
To export a report to Excel for HSEQ User Statistics In Company Overview:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select REPORTS > HSEQ User Statistics
- Select the relevant projects you require the report for, or leave it as 'All selected' which will include all active projects in the system
- Enter in the Start Date and End Date
Note: For an up to date report you may leave the End Date blank, or for a report of the entire project leave both the Start Date and End Date blank - Select an Inspection Type, or leave on 'All'
- Choose the level of aggregation - whether you want it to be listed by User or by the Inspection Type
- Select the Download Report icon
To export a report to Excel for project specific HSEQ User Statistics:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select REPORTS > HSEQ User Statistics
- Enter in the Start Date and End Date
Note: For an up to date report you may leave the End Date blank, or for a report of the entire project leave both the Start Date and End Date blank - Select an Inspection Type, or leave on 'All'
- Choose the level of aggregation - whether you want it to be listed by User or by the Inspection Type
- Select the Download Report icon
The report will download in an Excel format
