Viewing And Modifying/Deleting Bulletins

Instructions

Viewing Bulletins 

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right-hand corner
3. Select Bulletins> Past Bulletins 
4. The system will forward you a list of all the bulletins within the system including the bulletin's distribution method, title, content, publish date time, publisher and status.
5. Attachments can be attached and shared with a size limit of 3MB per file  

Modifying / Deleting Bulletins

Note: The HammerTech Bulletin system only allows users to modify/delete bulletins that have not yet been published. If you wish to modify a bulletin that is yet to be published,

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right-hand corner
3. Select Bulletins> Future Bulletins 
4. Select the 'Options' button on the top right-hand side of the screen (cog symbol) > select Edit or, Cancel to remove the bulletin.
5. If you have selected to Edit the bulletin, you will now have the ability to modify the Name, Content, Publish Bulletin Now and Date and Time to Publish Bulletin.
6. Once you have finished modifying Select > Save Changes.
