This section will detail how to assign Site Diary's to a user and as an admin for the Site Diary so they can make changes.
Note: The user's role must be set as either Admin or EmployerAdmin during the initial user setup process to be able to be assigned Site Diary admin (See Project > Adding and Managing Users)
To assign a user as Site Diary administrator:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > PROJECT SETTINGS > USERS
- Select the user you wish to assign as an admin for the Site Diary
- Select the 'Is Site Diary Admin' checkbox
- Select the blue Save Changes icon
The selected user will now have administrator rights to be able to update/modify the Site Diary.
To assign a Site Diary to a user:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > PROJECT SETTINGS > USERS
- Select the user you wish to assign to a Site Diary
- Select the Has Individual Site Diary Access box
- Select the blue Save Changes icon
