Viewing Equipment

To view the details of individual Equipment:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > EQUIPMENT
  • Note: You can use the filter in the top right corner to select the Status/Category/Type/Employer and view only those pieces of equipment that apply. You can then export this list using the yellow export icon.

  • Select the piece of Equipment you wish to view
  • The Equipment details will be listed, including LicenceInspectionTestingRegistration, and other details
  • Within this page you are able to view and select inspections that have been completed against the equipment to help you keep track of its history
  • Associated workers and SWMS can also be viewed under the 'Operator' details

  • To edit these details select the blue settings (cog) icon and select Edit
  • Plant details can also be viewed in PDF format by selecting the blue settings (cog) icon and selecting PDF so it can be viewed, saved, or printed
  • From here you can also start an inspection by selecting an inspection type linked to that piece of Equipment, underneath 'Start New Inspection' (see below)

Equipment Status

Once Equipment has been added it can have 1 of 3 status' against it

  • On-Site
  • Failed or
  • Removed

To view the status of Equipment:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > EQUIPMENT

This will list all of the Equipment that has been added to the project. A Status column will identify if the Equipment is On-SiteFailed, or Removed.
