Issues > Viewing Open Issues

You can view, edit, export, resolve, and send a reminder about any Open Issues.

To view Open Issues:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • From here you can view the list of all Open Issues for that project
  • To view a list of filtered issues, select the blue filter icon in the top right corner
  • To view an enlarged version of the images select them and a zoomed in version will be displayed
  • To view a popup of the Inspection, Incident, or Meeting where the Issue was raised, select the reference number next to Source under the Raised column (see below). If the issue was raised as a standalone issue, the Source will display as Adhoc.

 To Edit an Open Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • Select the Edit (cog) icon to the right of the Issue you wish to Edit
  • Edit the required details and then select Save Changes

To Export an Open Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • Select the light blue Filter icon in the top right corner to choose what particular types of issues you wish to view and export. You can change the issues based on their Status, Classification, Issue Type, and who they are Assigned To. The page should automatically update accordingly.
  • Select the dark blue Export icon which will then let you select whether you want the list of filtered issues exported to Spreadsheet or PDF.

To Resolve an Open Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • Select the green Mark Resolved icon to the right of the Issue you wish to resolve

To Reject an Open Issue Fix:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • Select the blue Review icon
  • Enter any comments you wish to send to the Nominated Representative
  • Select the red Add Comment & Reject Fix icon, the Nominated Representative will be notified of the rejection along with any comments you entered so they can review and attempt to fix the issue

To Send a Reminder about an Open Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Open Issues
  • Select the Send Reminder to the right of the Issue, this will send a reminder to the associated subcontractors for that Issue
