The Incidents section in HammerTech is used to ensure all relevant details are captured and stored relating to an Incident, whether it be reportable to the relevant authority or not.
This section will cover:
- The creation of an Incident report (Including 'Near Misses' and 'Actually Occurred'), and the details required
- Managing/Editing an existing Incident report (Including changing the status of an Incident to Draft > Active > Closed out)
- Exporting an Incident report to PDF for filing/printing/emailing purposes
