Induction > Resetting a Failed Induction Test

A worker has a predetermined number of attempts (set by company admin) at completing both the Company and Site Induction tests.

Once a worker has reached the limit of failed attempts then you can either have them complete a manual test with you and approve their induction, or you can reset their induction test attempts.

To Reset a Failed Induction Test:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > PERSONNEL > Approve Pending >
  • Select the worker
  • Select the blue settings (cog) icon in the top right corner
  • Select Reset Test

The worker will be sent a new email with a link to the induction test
