If a worker doesn't have an email address, they can have the link to complete their registration/induction via SMS (Only compatible with a smart phone).
To send a worker the SMS link to conduct their online registration/induction:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu to PERSONNEL > SMS Registration Link
- Enter their First Name & Last Name
- Select their Country from the drop-down box
- Enter their Mobile Number
- Select Send SMS (Or if sending multiple SMS's, select Send, then invite another)
An SMS will be sent with a link to the 'Online Registration' to conduct either a 'Already Registered with Hammertech' or a 'First Registration with Hammertech' so the worker can enter their registration information
