IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PASSWORD RESET EMAILS:
In situations where you have made multiple attempts to reset your password, you end up receiving multiple password reset emails and all previous reset emails will expire.
After clicking the link in the reset email you get an error message saying "Password reset not successful password token was invalid or expired", it is because the email link you have used is an old email.
When this happens it is important you only use the most recent email you receive.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
- Go to HammerTech, click login, enter your email and then click Continue
- Next, where you would normally put your password, click on Forgot your Password?
- You will then receive an email in your inbox, titled Your requested a password reset (see below)
- This email will ask you to click on a web link, please do this
- You will be advised that a temporary password has been sent to your email (see below)
- Wait for this email, which is also going to be called Your requested a password reset
- Open the email and copy the temporary password, then click the login link provided (see below)
- This will take you to a website where you will need to enter your temporary password
- Next, you will be taken to a web page asking you to create your new password
- Finally, you will be taken to a login page where you can log in with your new password
