IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PASSWORD RESET EMAILS:
In situations where you have made multiple attempts to reset your password, you will end up receiving multiple password reset emails. This can cause issues as all previous reset emails will expire.
After clicking the link in the reset email you get an error message saying "Password reset not successful password token was invalid or expired", it is because the email link you have used is an old email.
When this happens it is important you only use the most recent email you receive. It is recommended that you delete all the reset password emails and only then follow the below steps.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD:
- Go to HammerTech, click Login, enter your email and then click Continue.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your Password? button to start Reset Password process.
- You will then receive an email in your inbox, titled Your requested a password reset (see below)
- Click on the Link highlighted in the email sent by Hammertech to start the Reset Password process.
- Once you receive the Password Reset Complete page, select Login and put in your email address and click Continue.
- When Hammertech asks you for a Password, go back to your Inbox and go to the new email called Your requested a password reset. You will be advised that a temporary password has been sent to your email (see below)
- This will take you to a website where you will need to enter your temporary password
- Once completed, you will be taken to a web page asking you to create your new password
- Once you select Change Password, you will be shown the Password Changed page below. From there, you can select Continue to go directly into the client's Hammertech platform.
