2018 - July Release Detailed Notes

  1. New Feature - [SMM-2000] -  Any non-exclusive permit/booking zones will now appear on the virtual site map, instead of only those that are exclusive.
  2. New Feature - [SMM-3357] - Main Contractors have the ability to filter and view their employer and personnel list by region in company overview, making it easier to view and manage resources accordingly.
  3. New Feature - [SMM-3622] - When importing a worker onto a project, you now have the option to filter your employer and worker list by region (where regions are in use), to make it easier and clearer to narrow down.
  4. New Feature - [SMM-3540] - We now support a single email address and login, being able to be associated with multiple employers and/or main contractor roles inside a system.
  5. Improvement - [SMM-3616] - Feature flag that can be requested so that users cannot create standalone Injuries outside of Incident reports.
  6. New Feature - [SMM-1547] - Sites that record individual worker hours and do not use the Sign in app now have the ability when entering site numbers / hours worked against a subcontractor, to enter groups of workers with just a start time and the number of hours worked, helping 24 hour sites and making records more accurate and easier to manage.
  7. Improvement - [SMM-2391] - As a Site Diary User in the US, you can enter your site numbers and have the hours captured against 5 distinct categories of worker.
  8. New Feature - [SMM-3356] - Company admins have the ability to assign licences to  regions now, making them compulsory.
  9. Bug - [SMM-3605] - Updates to how worker license details are stored so that copies are not duplicated when edited.
  10. Bug - [SMM-3630] - Attachments in Meetings can now be expanded when clicked for better usability, as well as having the option to download.
  11. Bug - [SMM-3663] - When selecting to send an SMS or Email bulletin, the calculation for recipient list was not displaying the correct number and users who were previously part of a project were receiving bulletins they shouldn't.
  12. Bug - [SMM-3088] - If 'Require fix photo?' was ticked when raising Issues, Main Contractor users were not being forced to attach fix photo when marking resolved. 
  13. Bug - [SMM-1458] - As a Site Diary Admin, once reminders were sent to subcontractors, the page was not always updating to reflect this. Page will now automatically display 'Reminder Sent: Yes' afterwards.
  14. Bug - [SMM-2168] - On some Apple devices, workers completing the registration were getting taken back to the top of the form when selecting 'Add another on same card' under Additional Licenses.
  15. Bug - [SMM-3677] - Fixed the ability for subcontractors to send reminders to their own workers for a SWMS signature.
