October 26th 2018 - Product Update

  1. New Feature - [SMM-2543] - Main Contractor Admins have the ability when configuring checklist questions, to indicate a numeric value against the answer selected to help with scoring/auditing inspections.
  2. New Feature - [SMM-3812] - When creating a Checklist, admins can now assign a default priority to negative issues that are raised, ie Low, High, Medium, Critical.
  3. New Feature - [SMM-3590] - Meetings that have been created and/or completed will show up in the Site Diary for the day.
  4. New Feature - [SMM-3862] - Ability to view signatures on previous versions of SWMS, for audit purposes.
  5. Improvement - [SMM-3837] - Removed the superintendent and assistant user types and migrated the users in those roles to standard users (safetymanager).
  6. Improvement - [SMM-3834] - When importing an existing employer the user will be taken back to the employer's details to review and edit if necessary rather than being taken back to the list of active employers.
  7. Bug Fix - [SMM-3841] - On a particular page when selecting date/time for permits, it wasn't handing utc/timezones correctly.
  8. Bug Fix - [SMM-3858] - Inspection types with invalid characters were causing an error when exporting to zip.
  9. Bug Fix - [SMM-3859] - When inducting equipment some server side validation errors were causing the equipment type to clear
  10. Bug Fix - [SMM-3843-51] - fixed miscellaneous validation issues in some areas where the system wasn't providing proper error message.
  11. Bug Fix - under some circumstances the induction sign off text wasn't showing on the pdf export.
