Note: Closeout checklists have to be configured and associated with the Permit Type by a company admin for this step to be available. To set this up, see:
Once work has finished in a zone, and the Stop Work checklist has been completed, as a Main Contractor user you will get the option to Closeout the permit, completing any items that have been configured and signing off. If there is no closeout checklist assigned, the permit status will change to Completed once work has stopped, otherwise it will show as Awaiting Closeout.
To Close Out a Permit:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu PERMITS > View All
- Select the red > Closeout icon for the Permit you wish to Closeout. This option will only appear if there is a Closeout Checklist linked to the Permit Type, and work has been marked as 'Stopped' by a user.
- Complete any checklist questions that have been setup, and sign and print your name in the spaces provided, before selecting the Closeout button.
- The status of the permit will now be Completed
