Overview
The HT Sign-in app works as an electronic Sign-in Book for the HammerTech system, and is available for workers and/or visitors to sign in and sign out when on site. The HammerTech Sign In App is configured to work best on a tablet (Android or iOS).

Configure the HT Sign In App to display Meetings
You can also configure the Sign In App to display Meetings (i.e. Pre Start Meeting) for workers to view as part of the sign in procedure. These Meetings can be made mandatory to read and/or download. For a detailed overview of how to configure the app to display Meetings, please view THIS ARTICLE
Configure Sign in / out questions
During the sign in and/or sign out process, a questionnaire can be configured to show a set of mandatory questions that each worker and/or visitor is required to answer. Based on the responses given, notification can be sent to site teams and/or management advising of the responses. Feed straight into the Site Diary
As an added functionality, the HT Sign-in app can be configured to feed straight into the Site Diary, automatically calculating the numbers and hours for the individual workers on each project. To get this functionality activated in your system, please speak with your HammerTech Representative. As the Sign-in Book records a list of people on site each day, this can be used for communication and in the case of an emergency evacuation.
