This article provides a step-by-step process on how to Sign In and Sign Out of the HT Sign-In App. This will also include any prior requirements to setup the HT Sign In App.
Once the HT Sign-in app has been setup, Workers and Visitors will be able to sign in and sign out each time they are on site.

Requirements
Before following these instructions, make sure the following requirements have been met. A sign-in device has been setup on your site and has the HT Sign-in App activated. To complete these tasks, see Sign-in App > Setting Up The HT Sign-in App On Your Device
Instructions
Signing In
Before following the below instructions, make sure your sign-in device is turned on and the HT Sign-in app is open.
On the initial screen, choose to either:
- Scan the QR Code to complete the process on your own device, or
- Select Sign In to complete the process on the assigned device.
Once you have selected an option, choose whether you are an Inducted Worker or a Visitor
As an Inducted Worker:
- You can choose to either:

- Enter your Unique Code - this can be found in the text message received after completing registration and /or inductions; or
- Select your Company from the drop-down, and enter your Date of Birth.
2. Select your profile from the list.
3. Complete the set of questions (if they have been setup).
4. Confirm your details, select the sign box and use your touchscreen (or digital pen) to sign your name.
5. Select Sign In.
As a Visitor:
- Select the Employer you are representing, or if not available, select 'OTHER (VISITOR)' > select the blue arrow button on the top right of the screen
- Enter your first name and last name
- Add a contact number (for emergencies) and a reason for your visit > select the blue arrow button on the top right of the screen
4. Complete the set of questions (if they have been setup)
5. Confirm your details, select the sign box and use your touchscreen (or digital pen) to sign your name >

You have now been signed in to the electronic Sign-in Book.
Signing Out
Before following the below instructions, make sure your sign-in device is turned on and the HT Sign-in app is open.
On the initial screen, choose to either:
1. Scan the QR Code to complete the process on your own device, or
2. Select Sign Out to complete the process on the assigned device.
Once you have selected an option:
1. Select your Company (or Visitor) from the Company drop-down menu.
2. Select your name from the Profile drop-down menu.
3. Select the sign box and use your touchscreen (or digital pen) to sign your name.
4. Complete the set of questions (if they have been setup) and Confirm your details and Sign Out.
5. Confirm that you wish to Sign Out.
You have now signed out of the electronic Sign-in Book.
