To make the process of capturing an attendees signature 'touch-free', a QR Code is now available within each Meeting after the meeting has been created, and attendees have been added.
Workers will also be able to use the QR Code to download a copy of the Meeting before signing off.
Create a Meeting under Meetings > Create New, otherwise select one that is already created from the Meetings > View All list.
If Attendees have already been added to the Meeting, there will already be a QR Code generated on the page. If there is no QR Code, start adding Attendees under the Meeting Attendance section of the form.
- When a worker scans the QR Code on their device, and selects the link, they will be taken to a page where they will need to select their Employer, and then Name from the dropdowns and then sign off (see below for example screenshot).
- They can also select to 'Download a copy' of the Meeting pdf to their device.
