Within Incidents it is possible to restrict and control access to standard users viewing reported incidents.
Admin users can Mark an Incident as Confidential, so only other Admin users can view the submitted incident.
This can be applied to Open, Draft or Closed Incidents once it has been created.
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > Incidents > View All > Select the incident from the list.
- Select the 'Mark as Confidential' from the blue cog in the top right hand corner.
- Confirm if you would like to mark the incident as confidential.
When viewing the Incident List, only the Reference number will be shown, and ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ will be written in the description field (as seen in the picture below)
Note: To Non-Admin users the incident will not be visible anywhere within the system, and there will be no reference to it at all.
All associated injuries will also be hidden from non-admin users.
You can reverse this marker anytime. Simply by going back into Incidents > View All > Select the marked confidential incident from the list > Select the 'Remove Confidential' from the blue cog in the top right hand corner.
