HammerTech Mobile (HT Mobile) is an app that manages the Inspection's module of HammerTech both online and offline. The app can be installed on any mobile device - phone or tablet, and is available for Android and IOS devices.
This article explains how to log in to HammerTech Mobile and how to recover a forgotten password.
Requirements
Before following these instructions, make sure these requirements have been met.

Make sure you have a login for HammerTech (web). If you do not have a login, speak to your System Admin.

Have already installed the HammerTech Mobile app on your mobile device. If this has not been completed, see the article on Installing the HammerTech Mobile App, for further details.
Instructions
Logging In
Once you have installed HammerTech Mobile:

Open the HammerTech Mobile App on your mobile device

Select the Country that you are located in

Enter your email address, then select Continue

Enter your password, then select Log In
Note: the email address and password is the same one used to log in to HammerTech

If required - select the company you are wanting to log in to, then select Submit

If required - select the user account you are wanting to log in as

You are now logged in to HammerTech Mobile
Forgot Your Password
Once you have installed HammerTech Mobile:

Open the HammerTech Mobile App on your mobile device

Select the Country that you are located in, then select the arrow to progress

Enter your email address, then select Continue

Select the Forgot your password? option
-
Check the email address entered is correct

If it is correct - select Reset Password and follow the process displayed

if it is not correct - select Change Account and enter the correct address. Then follow the process displayed.
