Logging in to the HammerTech Inspect App

Thank you for your patience while we update our screenshots to the new look. The functionality remains the same, just the look has changed.

The HammerTech Inspect app is a mobile app that can be installed on any mobile device - phone or tablet. The app is available for Android and IOS devices and manages the Inspections module both online and offline.

This article explains how to log in to the HammerTech Inspect app and how to recover a forgotten password.

Requirements

Before following these instructions, make sure the following requirements have been met.

  • Make sure you have a login for HammerTech (web). If you do not have a login, speak to your System Admin.

  • Have already installed the HammerTech Inspect app on your mobile device. If this has not been completed, see ... for further details.

Instructions

Logging In

Once you have installed the HammerTech Inspect app:

  1. Open the HammerTech Inspec app on your mobile device

  2. Select the Country that you are located in, then select the arrow to progress

  3. Enter your email address, then select Continue

  4. Enter your password, then select Log In

    • Note: the email address and password is the same one used to login to HammerTech
  5. If required - select the company you are wanting to log in to, then select Submit

  6. If required - select the user account you are wanting to log in as

  7. You are now logged in to the HammerTech Inspect app

Forgot Your Password

Once you have installed the HammerTech Inspect app:

  1. Open the HammerTech Inspect app on your mobile device

  2. Select the Country that you are located in, then select the arrow to progress

  3. Enter your email address, then select Continue

  4. Select the Forgot your password? option

  5. Check the email address entered is correct

    1. If it is correct - select Reset Password and follow the process displayed

    2. if it is not correct - select Change Account and enter the correct address. Then follow the process displayed.
