If you have been asked to complete an Induction for a main contractor within HammerTech you will need to visit the unique URL or link for the company. This URL cannot be found on Google and is a private link that you need to be provided by the main contractor directly.
The URL will always be in the format of companyname.hammertechonline.com, here you can select the project and begin your induction. Please do not put 'www' in front of the URL.
Upon navigating to the homepage of the relevant company and selecting the project you will be working on, there are two ways to commence the induction process:
- The first is to select the blue 'Begin Registration' button on the bottom right of the page;
- The second, which is generally easiest on a mobile device, navigate using the left-hand menu and select Registration
Next you will need to enter some initial personal details and verify your mobile number:
1) Enter your personal details, including your correct mobile number.
2) Use the Captcha to verify.
3) Once you select Register a verification code will be sent to the mobile number you entered - enter this on the next page.
Note: if you do not receive the code within 3 minutes you will see a Resend code option, if you are still having issues ensure you have entered the correct mobile number and country on the previous page.
4) After verifying your mobile, there are three possible results:

- If all your personal details match an approved worker in the system, you will be able to update your licenses and complete any new company, region, or project induction content (if configured), otherwise you will receive a msg that your Induction is complete.
- If your mobile number matches an approved worker in the system, but some other details you entered do not match (Name or DOB) you will be given the option to Proceed to First Registration, or Try Again. Select Try Again to go back and adjust the Name or DOB entered. Otherwise, proceed to first registration to create a brand-new profile for yourself.
- If your mobile number does not match any approved workers in the system you will see a New Registration message, with the option to Proceed to First Registration or Go Back. If you believe you have already completed a registration for this builder, speak to the primary contact for your company or a user from the Main Contractor so that they can check your previous registration details. (Mobile must be an exact match, and you must have been previously approved).
- If all your personal details match an approved worker in the system, you will be able to update your licenses and complete any new company, region, or project induction content (if configured), otherwise you will receive a msg that your Induction is complete.
