Flag a worker at sign in if they don't have certain license

To help you keep track of any workers with potential license issues (no license / expired license), you can configure HammerTech to trigger a notification and workflow when a worker that does NOT have a required license/s, signs in to a site.

This will also work for expired licenses, so any worker that signs in with an expired license that is part of the configured types will trigger a notification and workflow.

If a worker does try to sign in and has either an expired license OR does not have a license (which has been flagged via this process), they will see the following message.

NOTE: The worker will still be signed in, it does not stop them, it just warns them there is a problem.

NOTE: This can only be configured for either a) Your entire system OR b) a specific Region - It is not configurable at a project level.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to ensure you have a Distribution Group set up in the HammerTech system in order to receive notifications when a flag event occurs.

These distribution groups rely on workflows to trigger them. Workflows can only be setup by HammerTech staff and are not configured by default.

Contact your Customer Success Representative or Customer Service to help you set up your workflow notification.

In order to set this up, please follow these steps...

  1. Log into Hammertech
  2. Click on the Administration in the left hand navigation menu

  5. Click on the No License Selected button and select the license/s you wish to include

    2. OR = Personnel will be flagged when they don't have ANY of the selected licences
  7. Customise the False Response Message to be displayed in the Sign In App if a trigger event occurs
