HT Sign-In App > Flag Worker at Sign In if they don't have certain license

To help you keep track of any workers with potential license Observations (no license / expired license), you can configure HammerTech to trigger a notification and workflow when a worker that does NOT have a required license/s, signs in to a site.

This will also work for expired licenses, so any worker that signs in with an expired license that is part of the configured types will trigger a notification and workflow.

If a worker does try to sign in and has either an expired license OR does not have a license (which has been flagged via this process), they will see the following message...

NOTE: This can only be configured for either a) Your entire system OR b) a specific Region - It is not configurable at a Project level.

NOTE: You need to ensure you have a Distribution Group set up in the HammerTech system in order to receive notifications when a flag event occurs.

In order to set this up, please follow these steps...

1) Log into Hammertech.
2) Click on the Administration in the left-hand navigation menu.

AND = Personnel will be flagged when they don't have ALL of the selected licences.
OR = Personnel will be flagged when they don't have ANY of the selected licences.

7) Customise the False Response Message to be displayed in the Sign In App if a trigger event occurs.
