ON THE HAMMERTECH SIGN IN APP -> Read only
When a worker signs in directly through the HammerTech Sign In App it gives them an option to join the meeting by ticking a checkbox located to the left of the meeting title.
To the right of the meeting title is an eyeball ICON - the person signing in can click this to view the meeting within the HammerTech Sign In App.
This is a view only though, they can't download it (as they are not on their own device) and can't email it, it is for reading only.
The main builder can make this view process mandatory via the Meeting Types in Administration. If this is enabled the user can't sign onto the meeting until they have viewed the meeting.
ON THEIR OWN PHONE -> Read and Download
Rather than signing in directly on the HammerTech Sign In App, workers can scan the QR code using their own phone. This will open their internet browser and take them to a sign-in page.
At this point, they will get an option to join the meeting by ticking a checkbox to the left of the meeting title.
To the right of the meeting title, they will see a download symbol which they can click on and save the meeting to their device.
The main builder can make this download process mandatory via the Meeting Types in Administration. If this is enabled the user can't sign onto the meeting until they have downloaded the meeting.
EMAIL TO ALL ATTENDEES
The main builder can go to the Option button when viewing the meeting in HammerTech and choose to 'Send PDF to all attendees'.
This will send the Meeting as a PDF to all attendees who have an email address on their profile.
EXPORT AND PRINT THE MEETING QR CODE
The main builder can use the Download button in the meeting to export a QR code for the meeting.
They can then put this on the wall or wherever suitable for people to scan.
Anyone who scans this QR code will be taken to a webpage where they can download a copy of the meeting.
COPY THE DIRECT URL AND EMAIL TO PEOPLE
In HammerTech, meetings display both a QR code and a direct URL (once at least one attendee has been added). You can copy and email this URL to anyone who needs a copy of the meeting.
As per the process with the Meeting QR code, it will take them to a webpage where they can download a copy of the meeting.
