In order to streamline the creation of a Pre Task Plan, you can set up a default list of Tasks to be selectable when adding a task to the PTP. To do this, follow these steps...
- Go to Administration
- Select Task Template
- Click on the blue + symbol in the top right
- Add the name and description of the task into the description box
- Click Create
This will now appear in a list of tasks when adding a task to a PTP
