    Identify Your Role

    First, determine if you actually need a login for HammerTech. There are three core groups of people using HammerTech, but not all of them require a login. These three core groups are:

    1. Subcontractor Workers: NO login is required for workers.
      You only need to do a Registration and Induction. Click HERE for guidance.
    2. Subcontractor Primary Contacts & Nominated Representatives: Requires a login.
    3. Main Builder Users: Requires a login.

    Update a Worker Profile or Completing a Worker Induction

    If you need to update your worker profile or finish an incomplete induction, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Main Builder's public HammerTech website (companyname.hammertechonline.com)
    2. Select the Project you are working on
    3. Click "Begin Registration" on the Project main page
    4. Complete the first section (name, phone, etc.)
      The system will recognise your existing profile and guide you accordingly

    Logging in as a Nominated Rep, Primary Contact or Main Builder User

    To log in as a Nominated Representative, Primary Contact, or Main Builder User, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Main Builder's public HammerTech website (companyname.hammertechonline.com)
    2. Locate and click the "Login" button
    3. Enter your email address and click "Continue"
    4. Enter your password and click "Log In"

    Forgot Password?

    If you have forgotten your password, click HERE or follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Main Builder's public HammerTech website (companyname.hammertechonline.com).
    2. Locate and click the "Login" button.
    3. Click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the "Continue" button.
    4. Enter your email address associated with your HammerTech account and click "Submit."
    5. Check your email for a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

    Remember to keep your new password secure and confidential.

    If you continue to experience issues logging in or need further assistance, contact HammerTech support HERE or your organisation's HammerTech administrator.
