Recurring Bookings
Recurring Bookings can now be scheduled in HammerTech using the Recurring Bookings Panel when creating a Booking. Schedule Bookings to occur Daily, Weekly, or Monthly with selected frequency and end date.
Viewing Recurring Bookings
Recurring Bookings can be seen on the Bookings list view, or on the Bookings Calendar. They will be denoted by the recurring symbol seen below.
Within each Recurring Booking, a list of the upcoming recurrences is available, with a direct link to each event.
Editing Recurring Bookings
Changes can be made to the recurrence, or to individual instances of the Booking. To change all future Bookings, tick "Include all future bookings"
Configuring Recurring Bookings
To use Recurring Bookings, visit Booking Types in Administration. In each Booking Type, select "Enable Booking Recurrence" to allow the Recurring Booking Setup panel to appear when applying for a Booking of that type.
Permit Sign In and Out
A sign-in process can now be configured for Permit Types. Permit Types, with the sign-in option enabled, will have a QR code generated on the Permit Details page. Once the Permit has been started, Workers can sign in to the Permit's sign-in book by scanning the QR code with their mobile device.
Viewing Sign In Book
Once a Worker has scanned the QR code and signed in on their mobile device, their name will appear in the Sign In Book. View the Sign In Book from Options: Sign In Book.
Signing Out
Workers can either sign out using the same QR code and selecting the Sign Out button, or they can be signed out of the Permit via the Sign In Book. Next to each worker's signature, an option cog will appear with Sign Out available, or the Options Cog for the Sign In Book page allows for a bulk sign-out of all workers still signed in. If workers have not signed out before the Permit is stopped, an alert will appear and require confirmation that workers are no longer in the area before the Permit can be stopped.
Configuring Permit Sign-In
To use Permit Sign-In and Out, visit Permit Types in Administration. In each Permit Type, select "Allow Sign In and Sign Out" to allow the Sign-In Book feature to appear for that Permit Type.
A sign-in limit can be set for each permit type, which will prompt the Worker with a warning if the limit is reached and will prevent them from signing in.
Additionally, the Permit PDF download can be made mandatory to require the Permit PDF to be downloaded before allowing sign-in.
