Coming Today: Approve is changing to Accepted
The change from Approved to Accepted will be seen across the Pre-Task Plan module when reviewing the submitted item.
Coming Soon: PTP Tasks, Hazards and Controls Workflow Update
Tasks, Hazards and Controls are being combined into one panel.
The process will start by selecting the Add Task button, which will open a modal where a Task can be selected from templated tasks, or a new one can be added by selecting “Add Task”.
Once a Task has been added, the Add Hazards and Controls button will appear in the panel to associate Hazards and Controls with the entered Task.
The change will also be available on mobile devices. Use the Show Hazards and Controls toggle to maximize the scrolling functionality.
Please Note: historical records will also have the panels combined. Tasks, Hazards, and Controls will be combined into one panel but will appear on individual lines in the panel.

Additional Language support will soon be available to configure Task, Hazards and Controls in multiple languages.
