Training Matrix

To generate a competency matrix report for personnel, showing a snapshot of the licenses they hold

Instructions

To export Training Matrix In Company Overview:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select REPORTS > Training Matrix
3. Select the project/s you want to export data from. This can include both active and archived projects
4. Select the relevant Employers and tick the relevant options you want below.
   Unapproved workers are workers who haven't had their induction reviewed and approved, and gaps in training refers to licenses that a worker doesn't have.
5. Select Layout options  'Include gaps in training' or One row per worker. 
6. Select Sort Order for Training/ Qualifications 'By Name' or 'By code'.
7. Select Email Report 
   
   The report will email in an Excel format

To export Training Matrix In Project Specific:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select REPORTS > Training Matrix
4. Select the relevant Employers and tick the relevant options you want below.

5. Select Layout options  'Include gaps in training' or One row per worker. 
6. Select Sort Order for Training/ Qualifications 'By Name' or 'By code'.
7. Select Email Report
