Inspections > Adding Signatures to Inspection Attendees

Within HSEQ Inspections, after the list of attendees has been added you have the ability to add signatures against each attendee as a way to note and keep records of exactly who took part.

Note: Only the creator and those users who have selected to 'Join Walk' within the inspection can add signatures for the other attendees.

To add a signature against an attendee:

  1. Navigate to the inspection and scroll down to the list of attendees (The inspection must still be considered active, and not complete).
  2. Select the blue cog to the right of each attendee and Sign - a pop up will appear allowing you to add a digital signature.
  3. These signatures will show up on the detailed inspection reports that can be downloaded for each inspection (See Exporting Inspections).
