You can assign up to two Nominated Representatives to an Employer, provided they are approved workers who have been inducted under the Employer Profile. If you need more Nominated Reps added to an employer, please reach out to HammerTech support
Steps to Assign Nominated Representatives
-
Log into HammerTech.
-
Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.
-
Navigate to Employers > Active.
-
Select the Employer you wish to assign as a Nominated Representative.
-
On the Employer profile page, select the plus sign next to the Nominated Representative heading.
Note: If there is no plus sign visible, check that there are approved workers inducted into that company.
6. From the drop-down menu, select the worker you wish to assign as a Nominated Representative.
Note: Only workers who are inducted against the Employer Profile and have been approved will appear in this list.
7. Select Add. The worker’s details should appear. Ensure that the worker has an email address recorded in their profile so they can receive an account setup notification. Select Add again to confirm.
8. The worker will be added as a user on the project and will receive an email with an activation link to set up their password (if they do not already have a login set up).
