Instructions
To view the details of individual Equipment:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select Equipment
- Note: You can use the Filter button in the top right corner to select the Status/Category/Type/Employer and view only those pieces of equipment that apply. You can then export this list using the Download icon.
4. Select the piece of Equipment you wish to view
5. To edit these details select the Options cog > Edit
Note: The Equipment details will be listed, including License, Inspection, Testing, Registration, and other details
- Within this page you are able to view and select inspections that have been completed against the equipment to help you keep track of its history
- Associated workers and SWMS can also be viewed under the 'Operator' details
- Plant details can also be viewed in PDF format by selecting the Download button and selecting PDF
You can also start an inspection by selecting an inspection type linked to that piece of Equipment.
To start an Inspection of the Equipment
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select Equipment
- Select the piece of Equipment you wish to inspect
- Select the Options cog > select the Inspection Type
Once Equipment has been added it can have 1 of 3 statuses against it
- On-Site
- Failed or
- Removed
To view the status of Equipment:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select Equipment
- This will list all of the Equipment that has been added to the project. A Status column will identify if the Equipment is On-Site, Failed, or Removed.
