To start using the Bookings module, Booking Types and Booking Zones must first be configured.
To configure Booking Types, company-level Admin rights are required.
Instructions
To Configure Booking Types
- Log into HammerTech
- Select Administration > Booking Types
- Select the blue plus icon in the top right corner
- Enter the Name of the Booking Type
- Select whether you want to Only allow one Employer with an active booking of this type at a time (i.e. if a booking of this type is made, no other bookings are allowed in the same Booking Zone at the same time)
- If needed, enter a number for Maximum Duration for the Booking Type (make sure to check the Weeks/Days/Hours drop-down is set to the correct setting)
- Select if the Booking Type is going to have an option for it to be re-occurring
- Select the Projects that will have the Booking Type available
- Select the Booking Zones that will have this Booking Type available
Specific booking zones are grouped by project to make it easier when selecting - Enter any Custom Fields (additional questions) that are required.
Select how they are to be answered from the drop-down menu and choose if this field will be mandatory (See Custom Fields Explained) - Select Create icon
