Instructions
This can be done either through Company Overview or at a Project level
To export a report to Excel for Hours Worked:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- To run a company level report make sure you have selected 'Company Overview' from the project drop down in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select REPORTS > Hours Worked
- Select Report Option
- Enter in the Start Date and End Date
To export a report for Individual Worker Hours
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
- Select REPORTS > Hours Worked
- Select your level of aggregation
- Select your Date range for the report
Note: For an up to date report you may leave the End Date blank, or for a report of the entire project leave both the Start Date and End Date blank - Select your level of time aggregation
- Select the Working Hours Used
- Select the Download Report icon
- The report will download in an Excel format
