Issues > Viewing Resolved Issues

From Closed Issues you can view past Issues, view the history of the Issue, Export any Resolved Issues and also re-open a Resolved Issue.

To View Past Issues:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Closed Issues
  • From here you can view the details of the Issue

To View the History of the Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Closed Issues
  • Select History to the right of the Issue you wish to view, including who it was identified by and the date.

To Export a Resolved Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Resolved Issues
  • Select the light blue Filter icon in the top right corner to choose what particular types of issues you wish to view and export. You can change the issues based on their Status, LocationClassification, Issue Type, and who they are Assigned To. The page should automatically update accordingly.
  • Select the dark blue Export icon which will then let you select whether you want the list of filtered issues exported to Spreadsheet or PDF.

To Re-OpenResolved Issue:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu ISSUES > Closed Issues
  • Select History to the right of the Issue you wish to re-open
  • Enter in any comments you wish to send along with the re-opening notification
  • Select Comment & Re-Open Issue
  • Subcontractors associated with that Issue will be sent a notification
  • The Issue will now be in the Open Issues section
