View / Export / Reopen Resolved Observations

From Closed Observations you can view past Observations, view the history of the Observation, Export any Resolved Observations and also re-open a Resolved Observation.

Instructions

To View Closed Observations:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select >Observations > Closed Observations
4. From here you can view the details of the Observation

To View the History of the Observation:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Observations > Closed Observations
4. Select History to the right of the Observation you wish to view, including who it was identified by and the date.

To Export a Resolved Observation:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select > Observations > Resolved Observations
4. Select the light blue Filter icon in the top right corner to choose what particular types of Observations you wish to view and export. You can change the Observations based on their Status, Location, Classification, Observation Type, and who they are Assigned To. The page should automatically update accordingly.
5. Select the dark blue Export icon which will then let you select whether you want the list of filtered Observations exported to Spreadsheet or PDF.

To Re-Open a Resolved Observation:

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select > Observations > Closed Observations
4. Select History to the right of the Observation you wish to re-open
5. Enter in any comments you wish to send along with the re-opening notification
6. Select Comment & Re-Open Observation
7. Subcontractors associated with that Observation will be sent a notification
8. The Observation will now be in the Open Observations section
