Incidents > View All Incident Reports

Thank you for your patience while we update our screenshots to the new look. The functionality remains the same, just the look has changed.

When viewing Incidents  they are grouped in to 'Reportable' and 'Non-Reportable', and then sorted by date/time.

To View All Incident Reports:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > INCIDENTS > View All
  • A list of all the Incidents will be displayed with columns for:
    • Reference
    • Status
    • Date of Incident
    • Date Added
    • Reported to Relevant Authority
    • Reference Number (If applicable)
    • Class of Incident
    • Reported By
    • Description of Incident
    • Injuries (If applicable)
    • Days Open
