Assign a Safety Management Plan to Multiple Employers

Once a Safety Management Plan has been approved it can then be assigned to multiple Employers.

Instructions

To Assign multiple employers to a Safety Management Plan 

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select Safety Plan > View All
4. Select the Safety Management Plan you wish to assign to other Employers to
5. Select 'Edit' from the Options cog in the top right hand corner
6. Select the tick boxes next to the Employers required to be assigned
7. Select 'Save Changes'
