The Meeting function allows the Main Builder to create Meetings for a variety of purposes, such as Pre Starts, Safety Briefings, Site Meetings, etc.
The Meetings function allows two distinct types of meetings:
- General Contractor Led
- Subcontractor (Employer) Led
Where it is a General Contractor Meeting, it is expected that a Main Builder Safety/Site Manager would be the person conducting the meeting, whilst the Subcontractor may be required to log who attended, capture their signatures, and for it to aggregate for the Safety Manager to close out.
The other type is Subcontractor (Employer) Led, which creates individual/separate meetings under each employer selected during creation. The Employer will run the meeting and capture details of whom attended.
