How can I update the email address I use to log in?

Follow the below instructions to update the email address you use to login:

  • Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > MY ACCOUNT > Profile Settings
  • Next to your email address, select Update
  • Enter in your new email address and select Confirm
  • You should receive a confirmation message on the screen and a verification email will be sent to the new email address you entered. 
  • Click on the link in the email to complete verification - this email will expire after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, make sure you have entered the correct email by navigating back to MY ACCOUNT >  Profile Settings. From here you can also send a reminder email to your account.

Note: you cannot update your email address to one that is already in use in the system.
