How can I view where an Issue was raised?

Thank you for your patience while we update our screenshots to the new look. The functionality remains the same, just the look has changed.

When viewing the list of Open, Resolved, or Closed Issues, it is possible to see the exact Inspection, Incident, or Meeting where it was originally raised.

  • Under the Raised column heading, you will see the Source listed. Select the reference number next to Source to view a popup of the Inspection/Incident/Meeting.


  • After viewing the details, if you wish to be taken to the correct page for the Inspection/Meeting/Incident, select the blue Source button at the bottom of the popup. Otherwise select Close to go back to viewing the Issues list.
