This article is to show you the step-by-step process on how to modify a workers details and information after a worker has been inducted.
As a primary contact or nominated representative you can still modify their details or add details that may not have been entered during the initial induction process.
To Modify Details Captured During Induction, go through the following steps:
- Log into HammerTech (if you are not already logged in), then navigate using the left hand menu > PERSONNEL > All Workers.
- Select the worker who's details you need to modify and click Details.
- Click on the blue cog in the top right and select edit (if you are not already in edit mode).
- Modify the required details and select the green Save Changes icon at the bottom of the page.
Note: You may need to request access to confidential data from the main contractor, if needing to edit a worker's personal contact details and license information.
