- Removed the option to take a picture from webcam using Flash when completing registrations as no longer supported
- Updated behaviour of mandatory signature fields to ensure they are always enforced on edit page after being cleared

- Updated the 'Report to Relevant Authority' option from Incidents to be included within the form
- Added a selection to 'Personal Details' within Injury forms so that users can select whether the injured person is an inducted worker, member of public, client, or other
- Updated 'Starting Time' system field in Injury Shift Details, to 'Start Time' and End Time' fields

- Fixed an issue with deleted locations not appearing in the Issues and Inspections list filter
- Fixed a bug with the Issues list not loading after adding a new adhoc issue

- Added details of the user who approved or rejected an SDS

- Updated max file size in Documents module from 5MB to 10MB
- Updated Documents and Bulletins module to display file size in KB and MB
Users
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to select Logout on some iOS devices
- Updated Project Users page to restrict users from removing company level admins from a project
- Updated messaging on Account Activation error page to instruct users on how to login or reset password if required
