When configuring Orientation content, you can change the position of any existing or new Orientation sections.
Note: This should be avoided during peak Orientation times as it can impact workers who have already started their Orientation but not completed it yet.
Instructions
- Log in and go to ADMINISTRATION > Orientation Settings
- Select Company, or the Region/Project where you are wanting to update the content
- Add a new Orientation section using the plus button in the top right and read step 5, or if the section already exists continue to step 4
- Select the Options button next to the Orientation section you wish to move, and then Settings
- In the Positions drop-down field, select the position number for that particular section - 1 being the first section of the Orientation shown to workers. By default new sections will have the last position selected.
- Click Save Changes.
If you are a Project Admin, and wanting to update sections of your Project Orientation:
- Log in and navigate to the project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right corner
- Select PROJECT SETTINGS > Orientation Settings
- Add a new Orientation section using the plus button in the top right and read step 5, or if the section already exists continue to step 4
- Select the Options button next to the Orientation section you wish to move, and then Settings
- In the Positions drop-down field, select the position number for that particular section
- Select Save Changes, or Create if it is a new section
