The HammerTech Sign-In app has the ability to have a bulletin sent to it which can be displayed to workers signing in.
Once configured, a sign in device Bulletin will be the first page shown after selecting the Sign-in button on either the sign in device or the worker's personal device (after scanning the QR Code).
This functionality provides a facility to communicate with people as they sign in to the site, allowing you to get important messages and updates out to everyone that signs in.
NOTE: Attachments included in the bulletin will only be visible and downloadable on a worker's personal device after scanning the QR code displayed on the sign in device.
The attachment will NOT be displayed on the actual sign in device as it is a public facing/accessible.
For important messages needing to be displayed on the actual Sign In Device, please type the message directly into the Content box when first creating the Bulletin

ADDING BULLETIN TO YOUR SIGN IN DEVICE
1. Go to Bulletins > Create New, and select Sign-in Devices from the Distribution Method dropdown
2. If you have multiple devices onsite you can tick the specific device you want to send the bulletin to or the Select All option for it to appear on all sign in devices on that project
3. Add a Title (heading) / Content and/or Attachments
NOTE: Bulletin attachments can only be seen/downloaded by workers using the QR code to sign off on their device. Cannot download attachments onto shared sign in device/tablet)
