Editing or Replacing a Primary Contact

Company-Level Primary Contact

1. Search for the Employer name or ABN in the Search bar on the top right
2. Select the correct Employer profile from the results
3. The Company Level Primary Contact will be displayed on the right-hand side
   
   
   
   
4. Click the cog to the right of their name
5. To edit the personal details of the Primary Contact:
   • click Edit
   • edit any/all of the following
     - First Name
     - Last Name
     - Cell Phone
     - Site Notifications
     - Confidential data access
     Note: you cannot edit the email address associated. If an email address is wrong, you will need to remove this Primary Contact and re-add them with the correct email address.
   • click Submit
6. To replace the Primary Contact:
   • click Replace
   • enter the new Primary Contact's email address, then click Validate
   • enter the new Primary Contact's name and cell phone number, and choose their access level to projects and confidential data
   • click Submit

Project-Level Primary Contact

1. Search for the Employer name or ABN in the Search bar on the top right
2. Select the correct Employer profile from the results
3. Select the required project from the Associated Projects section
4. On the project-level Employer profile, you will see both the company-level and the project-level Primary Contacts
   Note: you will not be able to edit the Company-Level Primary Contact while you are in the project-level profile. To edit the company Primary Contact, go to Company Overview.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the cog to the right of their name
6. To edit the personal details of the Primary Contact:
   • click Edit
   • edit any/all of the following
     - First Name
     - Last Name
     - Cell Phone
     - Site Notifications
     - Confidential data access
     Note: you cannot edit the email address associated. If an email address is wrong, you will need to remove this Primary Contact and re-add them with the correct email address.
   • click Submit
7. To replace the Primary Contact:
   • click Replace
   • enter the new Primary Contact's email address, then click Validate
   • enter the new Primary Contact's name and cell phone number, and choose whether they will receive site notifications, and whether they have access to confidential data
   • click Submit
